First Things First: A Recap

In the 70s, the genesis of a cultural revolution was born from the concrete streets of the NYC hip-hop scene and in the UK where punk culture lifted its middle finger up to the world. It inspired generations of art (music, visual art, fashion, dance, etc.) and has now made its way into Web3, empowering a new wave of creatives.

The cultural legends of yesterday have passed us the torch and Mad Boy Crew is blazing a trail into the decentralized future.

We’re all about two things. Animation and more animation.

Mad Boy Crew’s main focus is to bring their characters to life in a new animated series titled “Mad Boys”. Utilizing the founder’s contacts in the film, visual effects, and animation industry, the creation of the Mad Boys series isn’t a question of “if” it’s possible, it’s a matter of “when.”

What’s it all about?

Title: “Mad Boys!”

Genre: sci-fi / comedy / adventure

Logline: We follow a group of smart-ass kids deal with the aftermath of an alien ship crash. They navigate the streets as factions and chaos tears apart the city and try to solve the mystery of who’s behind the Boom Boom (alien ship crash).

The series timeline takes place in a Cyberpunk-esque future where hoverboards, speeder bikes, and never before seen tech exists. All set against chill lo-fi hip hop beats.

It’s like: South Park meets the Goonies meets Cyberpunk 2077.

An animated series based on an NFT collection?

Our vision is to create a world where the NFT collection is influenced by the narrative of the animated storyline:

For example: If the Mad Boys come across and don battle armor in the series, certain holders would receive an option to upgrade their current pfp to one wearing battle armor or even have their token featured in an episode!

We strongly believe that by keeping our community visually involved with the series, we’ll not only add value to being a MBC holder, but the series itself will continuously open doors for new collections, airdrops, pfp upgrades and highly visible branding… and who doesn’t like that?

Day 1:

• 1 static PFP
• 1 static full body PFP
• 1 static full body PFP .GLB file (360 degree spinny version)

After Mint Day:

• A select number of holders will get airdropped 1 of 4 different types of vehicles as a GLB file and static PFP. (Details on who gets it to come)
• Upon request: 3D print file (want a Mad Boy on your desk?)
• Vehicle holders will be able to upgrade their static full body and animated PFP to vehicle flex versions.
• A select number of holders will get airdropped an animated apartment key .MP4 file to our future metaverse. (Details on who gets it to come)

Down the Line:

• We’re gonna build our own world, because why not? Also because all our little guys are full-on metaverse ready.
